Returns & Refund Policy

At Noir Maison Studio, every order is produced with care and precision. Because of the nature of our products, we aim to balance flexibility for our customers with the realities of made-to-order production.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, uninstalled panels within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition

  • Panels must not have been installed or used

  • All components (panels, hardware, packaging) must be included

Due to the nature of adhesive installation, any panels that have been mounted or used are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Noir Maison Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank or provider

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed or used panels

  • Custom or special-order configurations

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will work quickly to resolve the problem through:

  • Replacement parts, or

  • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have already begun and cancellation may not be possible.
