At Noir Maison Studio, every order is produced in-house and carefully prepared to ensure quality and consistency. Because of this, shipping includes both production time and delivery time.

Order Processing Time

All products are made to order.

  • Standard processing time: 3–7 business days

  • Larger or multi-color orders may require additional time depending on production volume

Once your order is completed, it will be packaged and shipped promptly.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • United States: 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

Occasionally, we may offer free or promotional shipping during limited campaigns.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery progress.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, Noir Maison Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.)

  • Weather or natural events

  • High shipping volume periods

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Noir Maison Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members

  • Contacting the carrier directly

  • Filing a claim with the shipping provider

International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing
